Hi, I’m Chris Konzen and I have been with Lexus now for over 26 years! I started as a Lot Attendant in 1991 and have worked as a Service Department Dispatcher, a Service Consultant, an Assistant Service Manager, a Service Drive Manager and a Service Department Manager. I believe I work for the greatest automotive manufacturer in the world. I have seen the company grow exponentially over the years, but each day, my goal is the same: I look forward to the opportunity to make a positive difference in the day of each one of our guests. I am driven by trying to provide the best customer service possible for our guests and by digging into a concern and resolving any issues on their behalf. If I had to choose one word to describe me and my performance at work, it would be “reliable”. I have now had the privilege to work with Lexus of Greenwood Village twice now. Once for five years in the late 90s and again now for about 3 yrs. I have a home here at Lexus of Greenwood Village and I look forward to a great future as part of this very talented team of experts.
