Hi, I’m Chris Konzen and I have been with Lexus now for over 26 years! I started as a Lot Attendant in 1991 and have worked as a Service Department Dispatcher, a Service Consultant, an Assistant Service Manager, a Service Drive Manager and a Service Department Manager. I believe I work for the greatest automotive manufacturer in the world. I have seen the company grow exponentially over the years, but each day, my goal is the same: I look forward to the opportunity to make a positive difference in the day of each one of our guests. I like spending most of my free time with my family: Megan my wife, Isabelle my daughter and Iannick my son mean the world to me. I spend the rest of my free time playing football (soccer).
