Messrs. Kelly Kennedy, and Brian Torpy proved again "THE DEALERSHIP KNOWS BEST!!!" Last week my LS460 would not start. AAA and the tow company mechanic said the battery was fine, and a new starter/ alternator was needed. Both Messrs. I would like to commend Kevin Lee and Luis Ramos (sales team), and Matthew Bates (sales Manager) for their help and patience with my recent purchase of a used car. Kevin was especially helpful in getting my credit score (I had put a lock on all three credit reports after Equifax was hacked several years ago) and helping me with using his laptop and sending a text message (I can barely use a cell phone to make a call).
